KVKK Aydınlatma Metni
6698 sayılı Kişisel Verilerin Korunması Kanunu (“KVKK”) uyarınca, veri sorumlusu sıfatıyla kişisel verilerinizi aşağıdaki şekilde işliyoruz.
1. İşlenen veriler
E-posta adresi, görünen ad, proje verileri, teknik kullanım kayıtları, işlem kayıtları (hesapla yapılan önemli işlemlerin türü ve zamanı: giriş/çıkış, proje kaydetme, optimizasyon, abonelik işlemleri; cihaz platformu ve uygulama sürümü ile birlikte), güvenlik amaçlı işlem güvenliği verileri (son giriş IP adresi ile bundan tahmin edilen yaklaşık konum — şehir/ülke — ve internet servis sağlayıcısı bilgisi) ve izin verilmesi halinde bildirim gönderimi için anonim bir bildirim jetonu (push token). Kesin/GPS konum verisi işlenmez.
2. İşleme amacı
Hizmetin sunulması, hesap yönetimi, güvenlik (kötüye kullanımın önlenmesi ve işlem güvenliğinin sağlanması) ve hizmet iyileştirme.
3. Hukuki sebep
Sözleşmenin ifası ve meşru menfaat (KVKK m.5).
4. Aktarım
Veriler, hizmet altyapısı için Google Firebase (yurt dışı) sunucularında işlenebilir. Açık rıza/uygun aktarım şartları kapsamında gerçekleştirilir.
5. Haklarınız (KVKK m.11)
Verilerinize erişme, düzeltme, silme ve işlemeye itiraz hakkınız vardır. Verilerinizi uygulama içinden indirebilir (Ayarlar → Verilerimi indir) ve hesabınızı silebilirsiniz (Ayarlar → Hesabı sil). Başvurularınızı aşağıdaki iletişim bilgilerine iletebilirsiniz.
Data Protection Notice
Under Turkey’s Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK No. 6698), as data controller we process your personal data as follows.
1. Data processed
Email, display name, project data, technical usage logs, activity logs (type and time of important actions performed with the account: sign-in/out, saving a project, optimization, subscription actions; together with device platform and app version), transaction-security data (last sign-in IP address and the approximate location — city/country — and internet service provider inferred from it), and, if you grant permission, an anonymous push notification token used to deliver notifications. No precise/GPS location is processed.
2. Purpose
Providing the service, account management, security (abuse prevention and transaction security) and improvement.
3. Legal basis
Performance of contract and legitimate interest (KVKK art. 5).
4. Transfer
Data may be processed on Google Firebase (abroad) servers as service infrastructure, under explicit consent / appropriate transfer conditions.
5. Your rights (KVKK art. 11)
You may access, correct, delete and object to processing of your data. You can download your data (Settings → Download my data) and delete your account (Settings → Delete account) within the app. Send requests to the contact details below.
