Gizlilik Politikası
iCutnex (“biz”), kesim optimizasyonu hizmeti sunar. Bu politika hangi verileri topladığımızı ve nasıl kullandığımızı açıklar.
1. Topladığımız veriler
- Hesap bilgileri: e-posta adresi (ve varsa görünen ad).
- Proje verileri: girdiğiniz parça/levha ölçüleri, ayarlar ve kaydettiğiniz projeler.
- Kullanım/teknik veriler: oturum açma zamanı, hata kayıtları ve temel kullanım ölçümleri (analytics).
- İşlem kayıtları: hesabınızla yaptığınız önemli işlemlerin türü ve zamanı (giriş/çıkış, proje kaydetme, optimizasyon çalıştırma, abonelik işlemleri) ile cihaz platformu ve uygulama sürümü. Destek, hata teşhisi ve kötüye kullanımın önlenmesi için tutulur; proje içeriğiniz (ölçüler, parça listeleri) bu kayıtlara yazılmaz.
- Güvenlik verileri: son giriş IP adresiniz ve bu IP’den tahmin edilen yaklaşık konum (şehir/ülke) ile internet servis sağlayıcısı bilgisi. Bu veriler güvenlik, kötüye kullanımı önleme ve hesap denetimi amacıyla saklanır; GPS/kesin konum toplanmaz.
- Bildirim jetonu (push token): bildirim iznine izin verirseniz, size yeni özellik/duyuru bildirimi gönderebilmemiz için cihazınıza Firebase Cloud Messaging’in ürettiği anonim bir jeton saklanır. Jeton kimliğinizle eşleştirilmez, yalnızca duyuru göndermek için kullanılır; cihazınızın bildirim ayarlarından kapatabilirsiniz.
2. Verileri nasıl kullanırız
- Hizmeti sağlamak (projelerinizi kaydetmek, optimize etmek).
- Hesabınızı yönetmek ve güvenliği sağlamak (şüpheli/kötüye kullanımı tespit etmek).
- Size özellik/duyuru bildirimi göndermek (izin verirseniz).
- Hizmeti iyileştirmek ve hataları gidermek.
3. Saklama ve altyapı
Verileriniz Google Firebase (Authentication, Firestore) üzerinde saklanır. Veriler yalnızca hesabınıza bağlı olarak erişilebilir.
4. Paylaşım
Verilerinizi satmayız. Yalnızca hizmeti sağlayan altyapı sağlayıcılarıyla (Google Firebase) ve yasal zorunluluk halinde paylaşırız.
5. Haklarınız
Tüm verilerinizi uygulama içinden indirebilir (Ayarlar → Verilerimi indir), hesabınızı ve tüm proje verilerinizi silebilirsiniz (Ayarlar → Hesabı sil). Erişim/düzeltme talepleri için aşağıdaki iletişim bilgilerinden bize ulaşabilirsiniz.
Privacy Policy
iCutnex (“we”) provides a cutting-optimization service. This policy explains what data we collect and how we use it.
1. Data we collect
- Account info: email address (and display name if any).
- Project data: the part/sheet dimensions, settings and projects you save.
- Usage/technical data: sign-in time, crash logs and basic analytics.
- Activity logs: the type and time of important actions performed with your account (sign-in/out, saving a project, running an optimization, subscription actions) plus device platform and app version. Kept for support, troubleshooting and abuse prevention; your project content (dimensions, part lists) is not written to these logs.
- Security data: your last sign-in IP address and the approximate location (city/country) and internet service provider inferred from it. This is stored for security, abuse prevention and account auditing; no GPS/precise location is collected.
- Push notification token: if you grant notification permission, we store the anonymous device token generated by Firebase Cloud Messaging so we can send you feature/announcement notifications. The token is not linked to your identity and is used only to deliver announcements; you can turn it off from your device's notification settings.
2. How we use it
- To provide the service (save and optimize your projects).
- To manage your account and keep it secure (detect suspicious/abusive use).
- To send you feature/announcement notifications (if you allow it).
- To improve the service and fix issues.
3. Storage & infrastructure
Your data is stored on Google Firebase (Authentication, Firestore), accessible only under your account.
4. Sharing
We do not sell your data. We only share with infrastructure providers (Google Firebase) and where legally required.
5. Your rights
You can download all your data from within the app (Settings → Download my data) and delete your account and all project data (Settings → Delete account). Contact us via the details below for access/correction requests.
